They do not replace a software licence, hosting agreement, service agreement or data processing agreement for a dedicated Proper Manager installation. Those documents are agreed separately with each customer.
About Proper Manager
Proper Manager supplies dedicated property management software platforms for individual companies. Content on this website is general information about that software for Cyprus businesses. It does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Proper Manager does not act as a property management company, letting agent or landlord for properties shown in demonstration materials.
Demonstration content
Property listings and portfolio examples on this website are demonstration data. They are not offers to rent and must not be treated as available stock managed by Proper Manager.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- Scrape or copy content for commercial reuse without permission
